To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to include citations in the app of the sources of the recommendations or information and links to those sources.
Regarding 1.4.1, your app connects to external medical hardware to provide medical services.
To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to
- Provide documentation from the appropriate regulatory organization demonstrating regulatory clearance for the medical hardware used by your app
- Provide documentation of a report or peer-reviewed study that demonstrates your app’s use of medical hardware works as described
- Restrict the salable storefronts you select in App Store Connect to the regions where you have obtained regulatory clearance for the medical hardware used by your app. Otherwise, you must provide a jurisdiction statement in your app description declaring where the medical hardware has regulatory clearance to be used.
Regarding 2.5.4, your app still declares support for location in the UIBackgroundModes key in your Info.plist file but does not have any features that require persistent location.
To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to revise your app to include features that require the persistent use of real-time location updates while the app is in the background.
